Returns

• You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Before you return the products you must contact us by e-mail.
• For safety reasons we do not accept products that are open.
• You can return goods in original packaging with a copy of invoice.
• Shipping costs are for the buyer if it is not a complaint.

Complaint procedure

We strive to provide you with the best possible service. If you have a problem with the product, please take the following steps.

• Before sending the product you must submit your complaint by e-mail to returns@maxinuts.fr.
• The complaint is investigated by us as soon as possible.
• We usually answer your submitted complaint within 2 to 3 working days.
